PAY RANGE: $34-37 per hour, Depending on Experience

Job Summary:

You’ll be part of an important defense system that protects our customers’ employees and their work around the world. You will help create solutions to a variety of unique security challenges, ranging from the physical security of facilities to the protection of the supply chain. Help protect the next generation of electronics products by applying your superb organizational skills, outstanding customer service focus, and renowned discretion in a fast paced environment that can take you from the loading dock to the stockroom, from the library to the lab, as you track and distribute confidential prototypes.

Essential Duties/Tasks:

  • Ensuring prototypes make it safely into engineers’ hands
  • Receive secure shipments from factories, update a global tracking database, distribute prototypes to engineers, and collect old hardware for secure destruction
  • Refine and improve processes, keep the stockroom and library organized, and meticulously track the location of thousands of items
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to resolve key issues
  • Work on short-term or ongoing projects to improve the services the Customer provides to the engineering community
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to audit and implement security policy
  • May be required to drive a company vehicle between sites or to run errands
  • Must meet multiple deadlines each week
  • Push or pull loaded carts and pallets of goods occasionally
  • Be dedicated to observing security guidelines
  • Be flexible with your schedule; work hours will be based on business needs
  • This role may require some early mornings or late evenings
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required
  • Other duties, as assigned

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Logistics, Computer Science, or related program is preferred
  • An Associate’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience may be substituted
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in security, policing, or the U.S. military preferred
  • Experience with inventory tracking and reporting
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, whether guiding by example or coaching a group
  • Track record of working collaboratively and cross-functionally
  • Experience creating advanced searches of online databases and working with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of pivot tables is a plus

Required License/Certifications:

  • Must have a valid/current State Driver License.

Working Environments/Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25/50 pounds

Reporting Structure

  • The Secure Inventory Management Specialist is a full-time hourly non-exempt position that reports to the Sentinel Operations Manager in Colorado.
