You will:

• Shape and guide financial strategy
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Provide insight—not just reports—to leadership
• Strengthen financial structure for continued growth
• Support strategic decisions, partnerships, and potential M&A activity
• Mentor and steady a growing finance team

What you bring:

• 10+ years in financial leadership (CFO or equivalent)
• Strong grasp of strategy, not just accounting
• Ability to connect operations to financial outcomes
• Confidence to advise, challenge, and guide leadership
• MBA or CPA preferred, but experience matters more.

Compensation and Benefits

• $250K – $275K base
• Performance bonus eligibility
