Position: Scheduler / Time & Attendance Administrator
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $26–$28/hr
Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

WHAT YOU’LL DO
This role is perfect for someone organized, tech-savvy, and ready to own their space in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the go-to person for managing schedules, making sure payroll is accurate, and supporting both HR and Operations. You’ll work hands-on with internal teams and tech tools to keep things running smoothly — and make a real impact every day.


YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

  • Build and manage schedules that make sense for the team.

  • Keep time sheets aligned and accurate — attention to detail is key.

  • Help onboard new teammates and maintain clean records.

  • Run reports, edit missed punches, and stay ahead of time-tracking issues.

  • Collaborate across departments and bring positive vibes to every interaction.

  • Support the Operations Manager and HR team with daily tasks and special projects.


WHO YOU ARE

  • High school diploma required; college degree is a plus.

  • 2+ years in admin or HR support roles.

  • Comfortable navigating tech (Microsoft Office + Apple apps = win).

  • Clear communicator — written, verbal, and digital.

  • Problem-solver with solid judgment and people skills.

  • Organized multitasker who stays calm under pressure.
