TRIDENT is seeking a dependable and professional Flex Security Officer to cover multiple client locations throughout the Boulder area. This role is a strong fit for officers who are flexible, trustworthy, and motivated to build a long-term career in the security field. The Flex Officer position offers wide-ranging, practical experience across various security settings, supporting open shifts, special assignments, and coverage gaps while building the competencies needed to grow into supervisory and leadership roles.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver professional security coverage across a range of client locations
• Cover open shifts, call-offs, vacations, and special assignments as needed
• Perform foot patrols and maintain standing posts for extended durations
• Keep watch over designated areas for safety, security, and policy adherence
• Project a visible, professional presence at all times
• Communicate with supervisors and operations personnel via phone or computer
• Adapt quickly to shifting assignments and last-minute coverage requests
• Uphold TRIDENT standards, post procedures, and customer service expectations

Schedule & Availability

• Shift assignments vary from week to week based on operational needs
• Schedules are generally posted one week ahead of time
• Some assignments may come with short-notice expectations
• Extra hours may be available through training coverage or unplanned needs
