TRIDENT is bringing on a Morning Security Officer to supply dedicated protection and safety services at client locations in Cupertino, CA. This early-morning shift is a great fit for a driven, detail-minded professional who performs at their best in structured settings and takes real pride in starting each day by keeping the environment safe and orderly. If you show up on time, stay physically engaged, and feel confident keeping things secure through the morning, this opening was built with you in mind.

What You’ll Handle:

• Work alongside a team of Security Specialists to safeguard customers and employees in retail environments
• Perform foot patrols of your assigned areas to keep a steady visible presence and deter incidents
• Stay watchful, record, and react to unusual or unsafe conditions on the property
• Look into and write up security incidents, accidents, and any maintenance issues you spot
• Respond to calls for help from supervisors or client representatives
• Back up client staff during evacuations, emergencies, or hazardous conditions
• Pitch in on crowd control situations and coordinate with emergency services as needed
• Check employee IDs at client access points
• Enforce parking rules and help resolve vehicle-related incidents or disputes
• Welcome and support customers and staff warmly and professionally
• Answer medical emergencies with First Aid, CPR, or AED care (if certified)
• Inspect exteriors to make sure doors, gates, and windows are properly secured
• Attend daily shift briefings and pass along site updates to fellow team members
• Complete mobile patrols between retail sites when directed
• Keep all assigned company equipment in strong working order
• Turn in thorough, accurate written reports as required
• Take on extra tasks assigned by TRIDENT management

Background & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous security experience is preferred

Required Credentials:

• Valid California Driver's License
• Valid BSIS Guard Card

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• May be asked to drive a company vehicle between client locations
• Assignments cover multiple retail sites
• Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather
• Involves frequent walking and standing with occasional extended sitting
• Must be available for weekends, holidays, and overtime when required

Classification & Reporting:

The Security Specialist holds a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role and reports directly to the Field Supervisor.
