POSITION: Security Officer
WORKSITE: Las Vegas
Hourly Wage: $20.50 – $21.50 per hour
Employment Status: Part-Time
Work Schedule: Monday - Sunday 8 p.m. - 8 a.m. (Multi-Shift)

TRIDENT is looking for a dependable, professional Security Officer to support our Las Vegas operations. If you’re adaptable, trustworthy, and serious about building a lasting career in security, this opportunity could be the right fit. The role is built to give you wide-ranging, real-world exposure across many types of security assignments — covering open posts, special projects, and coverage gaps — while you sharpen the skills needed to step up into supervisory and leadership positions down the road.

Your Core Duties

• Provide professional security coverage across multiple client sites
• Fill in for open shifts, call-outs, vacations, and special assignments as needed
• Carry out foot patrols and hold stationary posts for extended stretches of time
• Monitor your assigned zones to ensure safety, security, and adherence to site policies
• Keep a visible, polished presence going strong from start to finish of every shift
• Stay connected with supervisors and operations staff by phone or computer
• Pivot smoothly to reassignments and last-minute coverage requests
• Represent TRIDENT’s standards, post orders, and customer service expectations

Scheduling & Availability

• Shift assignments rotate week to week based on operational needs
• Schedules are generally published about a week in advance
• Some assignments may call for short-notice availability
• Additional hours can become available through training coverage or unexpected needs
