Location: Huntsville, AL
Pay Rate: $110,000 base salary + generous commission incentives based on reaching defined sales goals.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Job Summary: The Sales Program Director is a senior-level role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and advancing strategic sales initiatives for Trident Security. We are seeking a results-driven leader to define and execute sales strategies, oversee the full sales lifecycle, and serve as a key ambassador for the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals to establish and exceed revenue targets.

Business Development: Oversee the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to complex deal closure and contract execution.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain high-value client and partner relationships while identifying new market opportunities.

Operations & Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, forecast revenue, and optimize sales processes to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.

Technical Expertise: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and manage the development of RFP and proposal packages.
Required Education and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.

Sales Management: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing corporate sales, with a proven track record of success throughout the entire sales lifecycle.

CRM & Proposal Management: Significant experience leveraging CRM platforms for pipeline management, forecasting, and the end-to-end development of RFP submissions.

Project Oversight: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently with high efficiency.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
