Trident is a security and strategic services firm. We aren't a bloated bureaucracy. Many of our people come from defense, government, or law enforcement backgrounds - and they take their work seriously. The CFO position here isn't ceremonial. You'll partner directly with the CEO, and your input will genuinely influence how the business operates.
Your Core Focus:
- Shaping financial strategy shoulder-to-shoulder with leadership (not merely reporting on it)
- Overseeing budgets, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Advising on growth initiatives, partnership opportunities, and M&A activity
- Providing structure and mentorship to a finance team still in growth mode

- At least 10 years in a CFO or equivalent senior finance leadership capacity

- Willingness to challenge leadership when the situation calls for it
- An MBA or CPA is a plus, but your demonstrated results carry more weight
Pay & Perks:
- $250K – $275K base salary
