TRIDENT is adding a Late Night Security Officer to deliver skilled security and safety services at a secured commercial facility in Cupertino, CA. The Tuesday through Saturday opening is designed for a focused, self-reliant professional who performs best in a quieter overnight setting. Staying alert, working well with minimal supervision, and applying a thorough approach to monitoring and patrolling the facility after business hours are the non-negotiable foundations of this role.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow Security Officers to preserve a safe environment for customers and employees across retail environments
• Walk foot patrols through assigned zones to maintain visibility and cut down the risk of incidents
• Identify, report, and respond to irregular or potentially unsafe conditions as they come up
• Log and look into security events, accidents, and maintenance-related issues
• Field assistance requests from supervisors and client staff efficiently and professionally
• Stand beside client staff through evacuations, emergencies, or other hazardous moments
• Help with crowd control and coordinate with public safety officials when the situation demands it
• Verify employee identification for access to restricted client property zones
• Watch over parking compliance and resolve vehicle-related concerns on the premises
• Interact with customers and employees in a professional and welcoming manner
• Offer First Aid, CPR, or AED support during medical emergencies (if certified)
• Sweep building exteriors to confirm that all doors, gates, and windows remain secured
• Participate in daily shift briefings and share pertinent site information with the team
• Conduct mobile patrols across retail locations as directed
• Keep company equipment in good working order throughout the shift
• Produce thorough, accurate incident and activity reports as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by TRIDENT management

Background & Education

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Prior security experience is preferred

Licenses & Credentials

• Valid California Driver's License
• Valid BSIS Guard Card

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• May be asked to drive a company vehicle between client locations
• Work takes place across multiple retail sites
• Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in any weather conditions

• Availability for weekends, holidays, and overtime is required as needed

Classification

The Security Officer is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role reporting directly to the Field Supervisor.
