TRIDENT is hiring a reliable and professional Flex Security Officer to provide coverage at several client locations across the Boulder area. The Flex Officer role delivers broad hands-on experience across a variety of security environments, filling open shifts, special assignments, and coverage gaps while developing the skills needed to grow into supervisory and leadership positions.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional security coverage at a variety of client locations
• Fill open shifts, call-offs, vacation coverage, and special assignments as required
• Carry out foot patrols and staff standing posts for extended periods
• Keep an eye on designated areas to ensure safety, security, and policy compliance
• Maintain a visible, professional presence at all times
• Stay in contact with supervisors and operations staff via phone or computer
• Adjust quickly to changing assignments and last-minute coverage requests
• Follow TRIDENT standards, post procedures, and customer service expectations

• Physically capable of walking, standing, and staying alert for long stretches

Work Schedule & Availability

• Shift assignments change from week to week based on operational demand
• Schedules are typically released one week in advance
• Some assignments may carry short-notice expectations
• Additional hours may be available via training coverage or unexpected needs
