Trident Security is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Corporate Office in Huntsville, Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, dynamic company! This role requires a highly motivated person who can represent Trident in a professional, positive manner. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills - someone with a successful track record and a high level of experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, setting and meeting goals, analyzing performance data and establishing and growing client relationships. The successful candidate must have significant experience with Salesforce.
Essential Duties/Tasks:
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s reach in multiple states.
- Oversee local and regional sales and campaigns.
- Coordinate all sales activities for the company.
- Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
- Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
- Meet company sales goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
- Define and execute territory sales plans.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- College degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting, and proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing.
- Significant experience using Salesforce to manage the sales process and forecast sales.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint.

Working Environment/Physical Requirements
- Prolonged hours working on a computer. At least 85% of your time will be spent working with Salesforce services and software (data, email, calls, metrics, analyzing, reporting, etc.).
- Ability to drive and travel at least 20% of the time.
- You may be required to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time.
- You may be required to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.
Reporting Structure
- The Sales Representative is a full-time salaried-exempt role that reports directly to the Corporate Operations Manager.
