Position Summary

The Scheduler / Time & Attendance Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate employee timekeeping, supporting payroll processes, and assisting HR and Operations with scheduling and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor employee timekeeping records, including resolving missed punches and timesheet discrepancies.
  • Track and verify time off accruals and leave requests for accuracy.
  • Receive, triage, and escalate employee questions or concerns to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR and Operations.
  • Ensure timely submission of timesheets in accordance with company policy.
  • Support special projects and daily tasks assigned by the Corporate Accounting Manager.
  • Learn and embody Trident’s mission, values, and workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
  • Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and Apple applications.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Reliable, accountable, and enthusiastic about learning and process improvement.
  • Problem-solving skills and solid judgment when addressing employee or operational issues.
